Sungsuya (hereinafter "Company") establishes the following Location Information Terms of Use in accordance with the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information to protect and lawfully use users' location information as a location information provider.
01 Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms are intended to establish the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users in using location-based services (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.
02 Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms of Use)
- These terms become effective when users agree to these terms and register as service users according to the procedures established by the company.
- The company posts the contents of these terms on the service's initial screen or connection screen so that users can easily understand them.
- The company may modify these terms as necessary within the scope that does not violate related laws.
- When the terms are modified, the company will announce the changes through notices within the service at least 7 days before the effective date.
03 Article 3 (Service Contents)

04 Article 4 (Service Fees)
Location-based services provided by the company are free. However, data communication charges incurred when using wireless services are separate and subject to the user's mobile carrier rate plan.
05 Article 5 (Use or Provision of Personal Location Information)
- When the company intends to provide services using personal location information, it will specify this in the terms in advance and obtain user consent.
- 회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인위치정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
- 회사는 개인위치정보 수집·이용·제공사실 확인자료를 위치정보시스템에 자동 기록·보존하며, 해당 자료는 6개월간 보관합니다.
06 Article 6 (Rights of Personal Location Information Subjects)
- Users may withdraw all or part of their consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal location information at any time.
- Users may request temporary suspension of the collection, use, and provision of personal location information at any time.
- 이용자는 회사에 대하여 위치정보 수집·이용·제공사실 확인자료에 대한 열람 또는 고지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
Article 7 (Rights of Legal Representatives)
The company obtains consent from legal representatives when collecting, using, or providing personal location information of users under 14 years of age.

Article 9 (Service Modification and Suspension)
회사는 제반 사정 또는 법률상의 이유로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경·제한·중지할 수 있으며, 사전에 이용자에게 안내합니다.
Article 10 (Compensation for Damages)
회사가 위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률의 규정을 위반한 행위로 이용자에게 손해가 발생한 경우, 이용자는 회사에 대하여 손해배상을 청구할 수 있습니다.
Article 11 (Dispute Mediation)
회사는 위치정보와 관련된 분쟁의 해결을 위해 이용자와 성실히 협의하며, 협의가 이루어지지 않는 경우 방송통신위원회 또는 개인정보분쟁조정위원회에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.
Article 12 (Location Information Manager)
Supplementary Provisions
- These terms shall take effect from January 7, 2026.
- 본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률, 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
